Everyone was helpful and amicable. That hotel was in an amazing location, on a hill. Moreover, it was short walk to the restaurants, bars and beach, a taxi from Zicatela, and the Playa Zicatela beach.

The make-your-own pancake machine was a game-changer for breakfast! For lunch, we hit up Amarisa and Lychee Thai Food, both just a stone's throw away for epic bites. Plus, the staff was great. They helped us explore the area and even set up taxis for beach outings.

Okay, so the wifi was a bit slow in our corner room, but seriously, just step out to the balcony or head down to the lounge if you need a speed boost. Not a deal-breaker at all!

The outdoor swimming pool was a lovely retreat.

I encountered several issues that marred the experience. There was a significant lack of privacy due to the layout of the hotel. The WiFi was erratic, especially when working from my room. I found the minor inconveniences greatly overshadowed the positives.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy escape

I had a blast partying at La Punta, but after those crazy nights, this place was heaven! The room was cozy and well designed, I could just fall into bed and sleep like a baby, after dancing like one too.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but worth every penny.
